Monitoring the spray process in spray dryers or the resulting powder can lower lost production time, the energy consumption, and the overall input resources.

DrySpy® can monitor the spray drying process inline, while the production process is running. The relevant safety measures, for example in the food or pharmaceutical industry, can be met.

Using an optical configuration in backscattering, the DrySpy® needs only one optical access into the production process.
