The SpraySpy® measurement technology
The SpraySpy® utilises patented laser-based measurement technology that individually determines the spray parameters of every single droplet in the spray. This provides an insightful ‘view into the spray’, which we use either to characterise the atomisation or, via SprayKI®, to detect and control deviations in the spray and to digitise the coating process. The SpraySpy® technology has been developed by Dr Walter Schäfer since 2009.
