New financing option makes it easier to get started with continuous monitoring of spraying processes
AOM-Systems is expanding its range of industrial process monitoring solutions: the laser-based SpraySpy® measurement system is now available as a rental solution as well as the traditional purchase option. This new model offers companies a cost-effective way to continuously monitor and optimise their coating processes without having to make a large initial investment.

Regular maintenance, calibrations and technical support are already included in the rental fee. The SpraySpy® ProcessLine monitors spraying processes in real time, recording relevant process parameters such as spray pattern, droplet size, droplet velocity and flow rate. Deviations are detected at an early stage, enabling process errors to be avoided, material losses to be reduced and a consistently high coating quality to be ensured.
